How to Delete Your Travelpedia.ai Data

Travelpedia.ai respects your right to control your information. You can request deletion of your data at any time using the options below. Completion of deletion requests is confirmed by email, and we remove associated information from our systems and backups within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.
What will be deleted
A deletion request covers the following types of information stored by Travelpedia.ai:
- Account identifiers such as name, email address, and linked social login IDs.
- Travel preferences, itineraries, or other content you created with our AI tools.
- Waitlist status and marketing communication preferences.
- Support conversations and attachments submitted through the contact form.
Option 1: Request deletion directly from Travelpedia.ai
- Visit travelpedia.ai/contact and choose the option related to privacy or data deletion.
- Provide the email address or social login you used with Travelpedia.ai so we can locate your account.
- Describe the data you want removed (for example, account profile, waitlist entry, AI conversations, or marketing preferences).
- Submit the form. We confirm receipt within two business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless law or legitimate business interests require us to retain limited information.
Option 2: Email our privacy team
- Send an email to privacy@travelpedia.ai from the address associated with your account.
- Include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and describe the type of data you want removed.
- For verification, we may ask you to confirm additional information before processing the request.
Option 3: Remove Travelpedia.ai access from Facebook
- Log in to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy > Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites for personal accounts).
- Locate "Travelpedia.ai" in your list of connected apps.
- Select the app and choose Remove. You can also select the option to delete posts or activities that the app may have published on your behalf.
- After you revoke app access, submit a deletion request to us (Option 1 or 2) so we can erase any remaining Travelpedia.ai records linked to your Facebook ID.
After your request is completed
Once we finish processing your request, we will confirm deletion via email. Aggregated or anonymized usage metrics that do not identify you may be retained to help us improve the platform. If you reinstall or reconnect via Facebook after deletion, a new record will be created using the fresh authorization data.
