Urban Crust

Urban Crust occupies a former harness and saddle shop in historic downtown Plano. Chef-proprietor Salvatore Gisellu uses a two-section Italian oven for pizza and other entrées. The menu includes house-made pasta, handcrafted mozzarella and wood-fired meats, with brunch, online ordering, group dining and catering. Signature pizzas allow no substitutions.
