Tusk

Tusk opened in Portland in 2016 and serves food influenced by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cooking, using seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients. The menu includes dips, vegetables, grains, meat and seafood, alongside wine, cocktails and zero-proof drinks. Takeout and private events in a private dining room or covered patio are available.
