About the restaurant

The Tropicale opened in Palm Springs in 2007 with a design inspired by 1960s supper clubs. Chef Tony Di Lembo's menu draws on several cuisines, with small plates and weekly seasonal specials. A 50-seat bar connects the dining room to an outdoor bar, covered dining area and open-air tiki patio; both patios have summer misters and winter heaters.
