Wannee is a teaching restaurant beside Notiz Hotel in Leeuwarden, managed by NHL Stenden Hospitality Group. Hotel Management School students cook and serve under professional supervision. Its seasonal cooking uses Dutch ingredients with international influences, with breakfast, weekday lunch, dinner and a separate bar.
