De Kluizenaer occupies a former savings-bank building on Goes's Grote Markt, with two old vaults in the cellar. Its seasonal tasting menu draws on local produce, herbs from its garden and North Sea or Oosterschelde seafood. Lunch menus, à la carte dining and wine pairings are also offered.
