Purslane Restaurant

Purslane is chef-owner Paul Gunning's restaurant on St Stephen Street in Edinburgh's Stockbridge. Its cooking uses local produce and international influences, with lunch and five- or seven-course tasting menus. Private restaurant hire and chef-at-home events are also offered; the hire fee is waived for groups of at least sixteen.
