Paladar

Paladar serves Latin American sharing plates on London Road in SE1, with wines and spirits sourced exclusively from Latin America. Its dedicated gluten-free kitchen uses mainly maize and cassava flours and does not use oats. Dining areas include a covered, heated garden and a chef's table for eight to ten guests; Latin American artists also exhibit work here.
