Chef and co-owner Stella Rodiu's Kanoula is beside Thessaloniki's Roman Forum on Taskou Papageorgiou Street. Its Mediterranean menu includes lamb meatballs with pita and yoghurt, beef with aubergine purée and shrimp saganaki, plus daily dishes to ask about on arrival.
