I Banchi

I Banchi combines a restaurant, bakery and food shop in a historic cave on Via Orfanotrofio in Ragusa Ibla. The bakery makes bread and hand-folded scacce with organic ancient-grain flour; the restaurant offers à la carte food and vegetarian, meat and fish tasting menus. It has indoor and outdoor dining areas and a wine cellar.
