Illustrative imageCanlis is a family-owned fine-dining restaurant in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood, founded in 1950. Its Roland Terry-designed building overlooks Lake Union and the Cascade mountains. Guests choose three courses within a six-course meal. Canlis salad is an additional tableside course for the entire party. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free modifications are available, but alliums, salt, sugar and vinegar cannot be removed; avoiding them may mean omitted courses. Allergen cross-contact cannot be ruled out; guests with severe allergies should discuss their needs with staff. A 20% service charge is retained by the restaurant.
