It has a population of 835 as of 2021, and is composed of seven villages: Corțești, Incești (Jencsest), Lunca (Aranyoslonka), Orăști (Orest), Poșaga de Jos (the commune center; Alsópodsága), Poșaga de Sus (Felsőpodsága), and Săgagea (Szegázs).
