Marshyntsi (Ukrainian: Маршинці; Romanian: Marșenița) is one of the Romanian-speaking villages of the Chernivtsi Raion (district) of Chernivtsi Oblast (province) in western Ukraine (the historical region of Bessarabia). It belongs to Novoselytsia urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine.
The first written mention of this village dates back to 1611. The village lies on the left bank of the Prut River, 30 km (19 mi) southeast of Chernivtsi, near the Romania–Ukraine border.
