The Katzenbuckel (German pronunciation: [ˈkatsn̩ˌbʊkl̩] ; 626 metres) is an extinct volcano and the highest elevation in the Odenwald region of southwest Germany. The mountain is located eastwards of Eberbach, near the village of Waldbrunn.
