Isola Polvese or Polvese Island is an island located in the southeastern part of Lake Trasimeno, in the Umbria region of Italy. Together with Isola Maggiore and Isola Minore, it is one of the three islands in the lake, and the largest of them, with an area of about 70 hectares (170 acres).
According to the 2021 Italian census, the island had no permanent residents. Today it exists primarily as a protected natural area within the Trasimeno Regional Park, administratively part of the municipality of Castiglione del Lago and owned by the Province of Perugia.
